1) Must get two estimates first from:

Go to 291 Pearl St with the following

Fill out an application and conduct interview.
Summer Air Conditioner Program
Take
a Dr note to 291 Pearl St indicating your need for an AC unit for one at no
charge including installation. Can not have an existing new unit.
WNY Pooled Trust – If DISABLED and need spenddown for Medicaid this
may be a great program for you. Allows you to deposit money into a trust, then
request that money to pay bills/rent etc…
